All of our products are handmade in small batches and hand-packaged to ensure the highest quality is maintained. Your satisfaction is important to us. Purchases made on www.kaayaluxuryayurveda.com or in-store are eligible for exchange only if unopened, within 15 days of receipt.

The product must be new or unused; please retain the outer packaging for safe transport. Please note that original shipping costs cannot be refunded. A $5 restocking fee will be deducted.
